November 2, 2017 - The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced an upcoming meeting for the Clean Air Act Advisory Committee (CAAAC). The CAAAC was established to provide independent advice and counsel to EPA on policy issues related to the Clean Air Act of 1990. The Committee advises EPA on economic, environmental, technical, scientific and enforcement policy issues. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 12, 2017 from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (ET) and will take place at the Madison Hotel, 1177 15th St. NW., Washington DC, 20005. [82 FR 50870]

November 2, 2017 - The National Science Foundation (NSF), the Department of Education, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration are currently requesting recommendations for membership on the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Education Advisory Panel. November 7, 2017 - The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), publishing a notice on behalf of the United States Global Change Research Program, announces the availability of a draft of the Fourth National Climate Assessment report for public comment. Following revision and further review, a revised draft  will undergo final Federal interagency clearance. Comments of this draft scientific assessment must be received by January 31, 2018. November 16, 2017 - The National Park Service (NPS), U.S. Department of the Interior, is seeking nominations for individuals to be considered for appointment to the National Park System Advisory Board. The Board advises the Secretary of the Interior and the Director of the National Park Service on matters related to the NPS, The National Park System, and programs administered by the NPS. Nominations must be postmarked by December 18, 2017. [82 FR 53517]

November 20, 2017 - The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is adjusting certain special recreation permit fees for various recreation activities on BLM-administered public lands and related waters. The BLM is adjusting the minimum fee for commercial, competitive, organized group activities or events, and assigned sites. The fee adjustments will become applicable on November 20, 2017. November 24, 2017 - The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Department of the Interior, published a notice of public meeting of the National Geospatial Advisory Committee (NGAC) will take place. The meeting will be held via web conference and teleconference on Monday, December 11, 2017 from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM (EST).
